Project overview
The public website introduces the doctor, lists the clinic’s services, shows three clinic branches with directions and WhatsApp contact, answers frequently asked questions and explains how to ask for a visit. It is the patient-facing entry point of the clinic.
The delivered solution goes beyond the website: an integrated clinic management system supports appointment scheduling and management, reception management, electronic medical records and the clinic’s day-to-day operational workflows. The management system is private to the clinic, so this case study shows only the public website. No patient data, patient records or system screens are shown or used.
On the public website, direct online booking is not currently offered; patients contact the clinic to arrange a visit.
